That being said, I don't think there is a teller I work with (well maybe one) who isn't smart, friendly, and wants to help people. and i follow them because i like to keep my job! I think it’s inappropriate for customer service people to be rude in any field, and I think it really is a growing problem in banks. It paid the bills and got me to where I am now so I don’t think I could regret it because I got a lot of experience out of it.
