The fact that Miss Rabbit has easily over a dozen jobs isn’t an accident.
There's an episode where she hurts her ankle and her sister (Rebecca Rabbit's mum) has to cover for several of her jobs, which establishes that it is the same Miss Rabbit doing all the different jobs. Everyone found it really difficult to do all Miss Rabbit’s jobs. In fact, it appears to be a running joke the writers of Peppa Pig have fun with.
